How do I schedule a test-drive?  
Reach out either online at CarSquad.com or by phone (833) 756-3103 to confirm availability of the car and to schedule an appointment for a test-drive. Or, if you are already on your way to the dealership, just visit us during our business hours and a sales representative can help get you set up.  

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the car I purchase?  
We understand that buying a car is not an easy decision! If you aren't happy with your vehicle, CarSquad offers a 5-day/500-mile Exchange Policy that's good towards any vehicle in our inventory. Just bring it back and we'll help you exchange it for a model that fits you better.  
 
How do I go about getting my car after I've purchased It?  
Whether you prefer to pick-up the car from our dealership located in Katy, Texas, or prefer home delivery, a CarSquad representative can help you out. If you choose to go with home delivery, we offer delivery anywhere in the country and complimentary local delivery up to 50 miles.   

Can I sell my car to CarSquad?  
Yes, you can sell your car at CarSquad! We're always looking to add used vehicles to our inventory, and we'll pay top dollar for your car even if you don't want to buy your next car from us! If you want to bring your car in, we're also happy to work with you at our dealership, where we'll make you a fair and transparent offer that gets you the best value for your vehicle.
